Neil Glassberg serves as the Chief Executive Officer of IDA Global, bringing 40 years of extensive experience in leading organizations globally. With a proven track record in the United States, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East, Neil's strategic vision and management acumen have been instrumental in IDA Global's success.
In his role as CEO, Neil focuses on shaping and executing the company's global strategy, driving business development initiatives worldwide. He has successfully led major projects in diverse regions, including Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, encompassing commercial and residential properties, hotels, workplaces, as well as educational and healthcare buildings. Neil collaborates closely with design directors to ensure that each project aligns with client objectives while upholding the highest standards of design integrity and quality. His ambition and dedication extend to developing and expanding IDA's presence on a global scale, cementing its position as a leader in the international design landscape.

Recently recognized in the Commercial Interior Design Power 50 List among the MENA Region’s most influential designers, Shazad serves as the Head of Design at IDA Global, where his distinctive blend of creative vision and forward-thinking approach has played a pivotal role. In his capacity, he provides creative direction to all IDA Global studios.
Shazad's extensive experience positions him as a crucial consultant for complex projects, overseeing the entire process from conceptualization to execution. His localized GCC knowledge and profound understanding of hotel brand standards make him an esteemed expert in value engineering, ensuring optimal project outcomes without compromising design quality.

Zaheer currently leads and oversees the IDA Pakistan studio. With over 25 years of international experience, Zaheer possesses a distinguished track record in designing and delivering global projects.
Renowned for his award-winning work in the Middle East, his expertise spans diverse sectors, including retail, hospitality, healthcare, residential, and commercial structures within mega mixed-use developments. Certified as a Health Facilities planner by the Australian Health Architects, Zaheer brings valuable insights to healthcare design, contributing pioneering and practical solutions for leading organizations.
Zaheer's leadership in master planning extends globally, with significant contributions to cities and regions worldwide. His multifaceted skill set encompasses design, documentation, supervision, coordination, and project management, making him a trusted advisor for private and public sectors across various fields.
With an impressive 30 years of experience and a strong background in the UK, Afsar brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to IDA Global. As the Head of International Operations, he plays a vital role in taking IDA Global to new heights. Afsar's primary responsibility is to implement IDA standards, ensuring that the company operates seamlessly across all global studios.
With his extensive experience, he oversees the company’s advancing systems and standards, elevating efficiency, and effectiveness on a global scale. Kulchat, a seasoned Design Director with over 15 years of professional experience and passion in hospitality and residential interior design, brings a wealth of expertise to IDA Global. Holding a Master’s Degree in Business of Real Estate Development, Kulchat offers a unique perspective, viewing projects through a developer's lens, enriching IDA Global's offerings with comprehensive insights.
His leadership at IDA Bangkok studio extends beyond design, fostering positive collaborations with clients, hotel operators, team members, and external stakeholders. Proficient and an expert in the entire design process, from meticulous research and concept creation to schematic design, construction documentation, and project management, Kulchat ensures the successful completion of each project. As Design Director, he continues to elevate the company’s reputation, providing clients with unparalleled value across all facets of interior design.
Leen is a highly motivated and talented individual who excels in both business development and interior design. Her diverse cultural background enhances her unique understanding of client needs and her effective communication skills. As a Lebanese national, born in Dubai, raised in the GCC, and a graduate from the UK, she possesses excellent dual-language communication skills and an international background, particularly in the Middle East region.
Due to her continuous growth, outstanding development, and impressive accomplishments, Leen was promoted to the position of Director of Development at a young age, becoming IDA Global's first GenZ Director. She was also awarded as the Unsung Hero of the Year at the Construction Week Middle East Awards 2023.
Recognizing the shift towards the digital platform, Leen spearheaded the creation of IDA’s partner studio called id.entity, which offers additional branding, marketing, social media, and wayfinding signage services to IDA Global’s growing clients.
Leen has carefully curated a business development team across all global regions, contributing to the company's success. In her current role, she oversees both the Business Development and Marketing departments of all IDA Global studios while dedicating her spare time to coordinating ongoing design projects.
Mireille, a dedicated architect with 17 years of experience, commenced her professional journey in Lebanon, laying the groundwork for her career. Her journey has taken her through France, Dubai, and presently Bangkok, showcasing her exceptional ability to adapt seamlessly to diverse work cultures and integrate harmoniously into different societies. This adaptability has become a hallmark of her professional trajectory.
Mireille's diverse background has seen her evolve into a Business Development Manager and Project Coordinator, roles she navigates with full confidence by leveraging her strong communication skills.
