A six-storey mixed-use development consisting of retail units and offices located in Prince Turki street in Al Khobar. The overall plot area is 2,450m2 with a max built-up area of approximately 14,000m2 for the new office building.

The scope was to design a high-quality commercial architectural and interior design to suit high-profile location of Prince Turki Street.
