The design brief was to create a luxurious retreat with an exclusive five-star hotel resort experience on the coast of the alluring turquoise seas of the Arabian Gulf in Al Khafji, east of Saudi Arabia.

The resort hotel will consist of 163 hotel rooms, 3 F&B, 22 individual (family and honeymoon) chalets, 750 capacity wedding hall/convention building, business centre, gym and kids’ area. All fantastically master planned in the beautifully landscaped garden with outdoor swimming pool on a 270m stunning sand beach.
