Inspired by the rich architectural elements of Najdi houses in Riyadh. The team derived the overall concept from the Zawaya brand which means ‘Corners’. The team had translated diagonal lines to meet and perpetuate in a certain direction.

The scope was to create high quality interior spaces to cater for both work place and VIP areas. Aiming to have a very distinct and bold difference, IDA made the work place environment to have a light ambiance, calming color palette, and at the same time, agile working space.

In the VIP areas, a moody sophisticated ambiance was created; innovative lines and color pallete are highlighted. The uniformity of the spaces, together with the functionality is clearly visible in the structure of each spaces, and has promised to cater to clients of high profile stature.
