IDA created a full design service for a mixed-use development project with 4 different functions; Mall, IBM, Hotel and Offices that will provide a sense of complete luxury in a lush landscape in the historic city of Multan. Always inspired by the beauty of historical nature, Multan is IDA’s endless source of inspiration for Bavylon stretches deep into antiquity earning the city the sobriquet "City of Saints".

Set to be the Jewel of Punjab in Pakistan, Bavylon is an epitome of contemporary architecture deeply rooted to its unique culture and traditional values. The City’s past came from its Sufi roots, inspired from the Moroccan Islamic Architecture using brick, blue mosaic, traditional patterns, arches, and domes. The tower is enwrapped with terracotta louvers, a sustainable product of traditional brick. The color theme reflects the color of Multan's soil called Mitti. The traditional grill is inspired from the pattern of Shah Yousuf Gardezi Tomb used in the IBM box and the ceiling of the terraces. In keeping with Contemporary Architecture’s value of sustainability, stunning and environment-friendly solar glass is integrated in the spandrel areas of the glass.
